Lemon essential oil is one of the best-selling essential oils of dōTERRA, which has a number of beneficial effects and uses. When added to the water, lemon brings a refreshing and healthy breath of energy that lasts all day. Lemon is often added to food to enhance the taste of desserts and main courses. It has an uplifting aroma that adds energy and brings feelings of lightness, cheerfulness and joy.

THE USE
• Add lemon oil to the water to give it a refreshing taste or as an alternative to sweet drinks.
• Add lemon oil to your favorite ribbons and desserts to give them a sweet and distinctive flavor.
• Add one to two drops of lemon oil to your soap and wash your hands thoroughly.
• Apply one to two drops of lemon oil in a spray bottle cleaning solution to a refreshing scent while cleaning tables, worktops and other surfaces.

MANUAL
Diffusion: Add 3 to 4 drops to your chosen diffuser.
Use as a food additive: Add 1 drop of oil to about 125 ml of liquid.
Outdoor use: Mix 5 drops with 10 ml of base oil for massage. Mix 5 drops with 5 ml of base oil on the bath. To make a perfume, mix 1 drop with 10 drops of base oil.
