Cyprus oil is extracted from the twigs of a high coniferous tree and has a fresh, pure aroma that is energizing and refreshing. Cyprus is often used in spa services and is also used by massage therapists. Cyprus contains monoterpenes that favor the appearance of oily skin. This oil has a grounding and stimulating effect on emotions, making it a popular oil
for distractions during difficult life periods like losing a loved one or during other emotionally challenging periods.
THE USE
• Before you go for a long run, apply cypress to your feet and feet to encourage
“Kicked”.
• Mix the Cyprus essential oils and grapefruit
with base oil for a refreshing massage.
• Add 1 to 2 drops in toning water to improve the appearance of oily skin.
MANUAL
