In addition to its use in cooking, it has many other advantages; rosemary has long been worshiped by experts, and in ancient Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and Hebrew culture was considered for the sacred. His herbal and energy fragrance is often used in aromatic therapy.
• Add 1 drop of rosemary essential oil to your meat and your favorite main courses.
• Mix with dōTERRA fractionated coconut oil and use for massage.
• Drop a few drops of rosemary oil around the tent or sleeping bag to repel spiders and other insects.
Diffusion: Add three to four drops to your chosen diffuser.
Use as a food additive: Add one drop to 125 ml of liquid.
Outdoor use: Mix 5 drops with 10 ml of base oil for massage. Mix 5 drops with 5 ml of base oil on the bath. Mix to create a perfume 1 drop with 10 drops of base oil.
